Learning might comes many different sources over the years and no one knows this better than us homeopaths.
Wisdom shows up in the most unexpected places. The one thing that mentorship
has in common for everyone is that it is personal and profound. For homeopaths, it’s not just
learning from a fellow practitioner, but it’s talking, discussing, putting things out there and looking over the same
thing in a hundred different ways.
Mentoring is a learning relationship, focused on long term development of
clinical skills in classical homeopathy. Our primary purpose is to drive
personal growth, building skills, knowledge and understanding to become
better homeopathic practitioners.
We encourage and firmly believe in looking at issues from a variety of
perspectives and focus on problem-solving, decision-making and solutions
to the enormous questions you may have with your homeopathic practice.
Homeopathy is an art of healing which is very individualistic in its
approach. Adhering to the principles of homeopathy and practising as per
the homeopathic laws is very crucial to run a successful practice.
MENTORING
IACH
The IACH offers an ARoH recognised 2 year E learning course for people interested in studying and practising Classical Homeopathy including medical, alternative and complementary health practitioners.
As the course coordinators for Australia and New Zealand , we offer mentoring for students and graduates of IACH as a platform for learning and discussions. These sessions are meant to enhance both studies and practice as well as form a strong support network. These sessions are based on the fundamental teachings of Professor George Vithoulkas.
These sessions will be on the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm AEST, 7:00 pm AEDT and 3:00 pm WAST.
GENERAL
Our General Mentoring is a program suitable to every homeopath from beginner to an established practitioner. Our aim is to ensure that all the Homeopaths who join our sessions, are able to understand the principles of homeopathic practice in depth, use the tools we have available and have a platform for learning and discussion in Classical Homeopathy.
We are here to support the Homeopathic community. What we do has brought us success and we hope to share the same joys with others in the fraternity.

As Homeopaths we have a very special relation with our clients. We see what other practitioners miss out on. We look for positive results in every case because we want to make a difference.
Clinical Supervision is looking at your obstacles in a case, accepting them and then reaching out to someone who can guide you to look at it from a different viewpoint. It is the intense desire to help your client in a better way. It is asking for help on behalf of your patient.
We are here to offer you that help. We will give you our time and our expertise (what little we have of it!). We will stand by your side to gently guide you in the right direction. An applaud to your success!
You can chose any of us to be your clinical supervisor and we will allocate two hours for the session at a suitable time.
But, remember! Clinical Supervision is just to guide the homeopathic practitioner with any questions they may have in their practice. All suggestions should be checked with other sources of knowledge based on the fundamental laws of homeopathy. The full responsibility of the prescription lies with the homeopathic practitioner.

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING THAT IS DIFFERENT?
Holistic Mentoring is simple and classical in its approach. We at Holistic Mentoring believe in practising classical homeopathy. We are enthusiastic about sharing our experience to establish a fulfilling homeopathic
practice.
Homeopathy has been around for over 200 years. Hahnemann wrote the laws, many
homeopathic stalwarts have added to them and every teacher who came after them simply made it
all more intricate and colourful. Homeopathy is an art and a science. While the science part is easy
to grasp and understand, while it’s our memory and logic that gets in the way. We think we know it
all but when it comes to applicability which we forget. Fine details make a good homeopath.
Following the rules makes it a good science.
When it comes to art however each one of us are different. We all have an inherent capability and a
hidden caring factor and that’s what makes us homeopaths. The true art in homeopathy is putting
the laws in practice and creating a picture - one that reflects the right remedy.
We are not here to teach you something new. We are not here to represent a belief system. We are
here to remind you and prod you and push you and above all share with you our successes and
failures because that’s what mentorship is all about. It’s learning by leaning on someone.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
We understand the difficulties in practice. We have studied overseas and established our practice in Australia from scratch. We both come from the same cultural background. We have studied
homeopathy in the same country and had experiences in two different developing
countries before we migrated to Australia. We both migrated to Australia based on our educational
qualifications and skills. When we came here we were shocked to realize that our years of
study and work though important were not valued as they should be. We had to give up our title as a Doctor because we chose Homeopathy as our modality. But things have to change.
Over the years we have both strongly believed that by creating stronger homeopaths, by
encouraging practitioners and students to practice with confidence and by increasing quality in
clinical practice we can do our bit to bring about a change. Nothing shines more than good results
in practice. Nothing is valued more than word of mouth. Clinical management is more important than research in homeopathy. The best way to contribute to that research is through sound clinical practice and obtaining
good results in practice. That is our why - we intend to CHANGE things through POSITIVE results by
keeping it SIMPLE and working precisely.
ARE WE CAPABLE OF DOING THIS?
Yes! Not only do we have the education and credentials on paper but we also bring to the table our experience
in practise and the valuable lessons we have picked from our revered teachers. We have both
worked hard in Australia in our own way with the various regulation bodies, groups and associations. We know the strengths and what needs a change. We have understood the need and we have been listening. We are not
here to teach you something new. We are here to add to your wealth of knowledge. In case of
students, we are here to support you and help you get to your practice with all your questions
answered. Furthermore, in the process we will be learning a lot as well and we are grateful for that
experience.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
No, there are no hidden charges. It is straight-forward. We do not aim to invite people to teach. There are all sorts of teachers out there who you can go to and who run their webinars like clockwork. We do not want to bring them to you.
We are offering you something very basic, yet powerful. We are offering you a
platform - to go through the things you have already studied. A place for you to listen and grasp the
fine details, to question and ask why we chose to go in a particular direction.
It’s not a webinar, not a lesson. It’s learning but remembering, by sharing and by sticking to the very
basic principles of homeopathy. It is a journey of our shared discovery. Some are positive while some
are otherwise which has made us learn from our mistakes and move further.
WHO IS THIS MENTORING PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR?
Holistic Mentoring is a program suitable to every homeopath from beginner to an established
practitioner.
A beginner would be able to connect with their cases with more understanding and
clearly see whether they are heading in the right direction. For experienced homeopaths, it is a good
opportunity to understand classical homeopathic practice in depth and learn how to deal cases which may
not be responding well to the chosen prescriptions.
Homeopathy is a vast ocean of knowledge. We learn every day. We discover new things every day.
We learn from our actions. But, having a good understanding of the fundamental laws of
homeopathy will take us far. Classical Homeopathy is the answer to this! Holistic Mentoring is to
cater to these needs.
WILL WE HAVE HOMEWORK AND NOTES TO READ UP?
No. It’s a mentor-ship. It’s learning through discussion, at your pace. Any notes are your own. It’s
discussions and conversations while we discuss a homeopathic subject. We are here to point out the
little things and explain them. In addition, You are here to share your experience and ask why we look at it
differently. Some of it you may already know but a small detail may help you remember something important
and when you put that in practice it will bring positive results. Like we said precision in practice and positive case outcomes are what we want you to have.
